From the first film in the series, “Avatar” (2009), comes Jake Sully & the Great Leonopteryx to join the Real Elite Masterline.
Rising bravely to protect what he loves, the “Toruk Makto” — the rider of the Last Shadow — is brought to life in this striking piece. Captured in 1/4 scale, it faithfully reflects both the physical form of his Avatar body and the inner strength he gained through his journey among another culture.
Every detail, from his braided hair and patterned skin to the Na’vi-inspired spear, has been meticulously traced from the film. The cold precision of the grenades reminds us of his human side, while the eyes — one of the film’s most meaningful symbols — received our utmost attention. Each cornea and lens layer has been recreated to achieve the vivid irises that seem to reveal the soul within.
The Great Leonopteryx is rendered with dynamic presence. Its orange-toned body and stained-glass-like wings embody the grace and majesty of the king of the skies. Its calm, close posture evokes the unbreakable bond shared with Jake.
The Deluxe version allows optional display with a hunting knife and an assault rifle, letting collectors customize their scene with precision craftsmanship.
As a bonus, the AMP Suit’s bayonet is also included — a collector’s piece that rekindles the memory of the fierce battle against Colonel Quaritch.
